Mark Griffin is an ex-RAF representative cyclist turned coach with in excess of 11 years coaching and mentoring experience.
He has coached a small select group of cyclists and multi sport athletes in that time helping them achieve multiple World and European and Domestic Age Group Championship medals. All this around a busy career and life as a swim Dad.
His coaching methods focus on effective use of time and specific training for specific defined goals. He also greatly values the human side of coaching and does his very best to ensure people develop nd grow through sport as well as achievng their ambitions.
Mark has worked with pro cyclist Claire Steels for close to 6 years and the training plans available on this website include a large number of tried and tested sessions that Claire still uses to this day.
