Claire is a fitness professional with over 10 years of industry experience ranging from personal training to lecturing. With a psychology degree and qualifications in kettlebells, suspension training, boxing and many more, Claire has the tools and knowledge to help you develop and build the strength to help you achieve your fitness goals.

If you have ever met Claire you will have experienced her enthusiasm and passion for sport and fitness. She has always led an active lifestyle, participating in a variety of sports from a young age.

In 2015 Claire focused on multi-sport events leading her to a sporting highlight of duathlon WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP and EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP medals.

Since then she has turned her attention and focus to cycling and has spent the last 2 years racing in the U.K against some of the best female cyclists in the country. After a tough couple of years in the British peloton, Claire is now stepping up to the UCI level and will be racing for UCI continental team, Sopela Women’s Team in 2020.

Claire believes that a lifestyle should be healthy in all senses of the word. It isn’t about a quick fix and a crash diet. A healthy lifestyle is made up of sustainable changes that have a positive impact on all aspects of your life.

Regardless of your position, situation or goal there is one fundamental element that we all need; STRENGTH.

Claire and the team at Steels Fitness promote and encourage STRENGTH FOR EVERYONE and this is reflected in the online programmes and workouts as well as at our fitness and cycling retreats.
