Easy Hummus, Vegan Friendly – Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained but keep the liquid
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Method 

  • Combine all the ingredients and mix in a food processor until smooth
  • If the mixture seems dry the all some liquid from the can
  • Serve with crackers or veggies to taste
