Breakfast Blend, Vegan Friendly – Serves 1


  • 2 small bananas
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1tsp peanut butter
  • 400ml soya milk


  • Break the banana into small pieces and put into your blender
  • Add in 1/4 cup of oats
  • Pour in 400ml of soya milk
  • Add 1tsp on peanut butter (be sure to add this last so that it doesn’t get stuck to the side of your blender)
  • Blend and enjoy!
