Banana Boost, Vegan Friendly – Serves 1

This banana-based smoothie is packed full of nutritional value to give your body the boost it needs to take on the day!


  • 2 x small bananas
  • 1 fig
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • Chia seeds
  • 400ml Soya milk


  • Break the banana into small pieces and put into your blender
  • Add 1 fig
  • Chop the pineapple and add to your blender
  • Pour in soya milk
  • Sprinkle chia seeds
  • Blend and Enjoy
