Banana & Blueberry Blitz, Vegan Friendly – Serves 1

Tasty and refreshing with a blend of carbohydrates and protein to boost recovery.


  • 2 x small bananas
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 tsp on honey
  • 400ml soya milk


  • Break the banana up into small pieces and put into your blender
  • Add the blueberries
  • Pour 400ml of soya milk on top
  • Drizzle 1 tsp of honey into the mix (make sure you add this last so that it doesn’t stick to the side of the blender)
  • Blend and enjoy!
