Tasty and refreshing with a blend of carbohydrates and protein to boost recovery.
- 2 x small bananas
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 tsp on honey
- 400ml soya milk
- Break the banana up into small pieces and put into your blender
- Add the blueberries
- Pour 400ml of soya milk on top
- Drizzle 1 tsp of honey into the mix (make sure you add this last so that it doesn’t stick to the side of the blender)
- Blend and enjoy!
