You will be asked about your training history, aims, goals, injuries etc via email
Once your information has been received your 4 week plan will be completed and emailed over to you

What does the plan include?

8 sessions (approx 1 hour in length) based on your aims and goals
Picture and / or teaching point assistance
2 adjustments to the sessions if progressions or regressions are required
