Peanut & Carob Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 8 oz / 250g Silken tofu
  • 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons carob powder
  • 1 1/4 cups / 300ml soy milk

Method

  • Peel the bananas, chop and put into a blender
  • Add the remaining ingredients into the blender and mix
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately
