What to expect

The full body fitness retreat is an immersive fitness experience for those who love their outdoor adventures.

Activities will include, SUP, trail running, High Intensity (HIIT) Fitness sessions, yoga, beach based bootcamps and beautiful hikes to cala Boquer & Cala San Vincent.

Personal training and coaching sessions will also be available on request.

In addition to your training sessions we will provide guidance and coaching on how to develop and maintain an active lifestyle back at home.

After the days activities there will be plenty of time to relax and unwind, either on the beach or by the pool, before heading out to one of the restaurants in the port for some delicious cuisine.

There are also a number of local convenience stores and supermarkets should you wish to stay in for the evening.

How do I book?

A 20% nonrefundale deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. Select the payment option you refer (deposit or full) and complete the online form.

Full payment is required 6 weeks before your retreat.

Prices are based on twin rooms, if you require a single room please select it when booking. Additional charges apply.
