If you have ever met Claire you will have experienced her enthusiasm and passion for sport and fitness. She has always led an active lifestyle, participating in a variety of sports from a young age.
More recently Claire has focused on multi-sport events and cycling leading her to a sporting highlight of duathlon WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP and EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP medals.

Claire is a fitness professional with over 6 years of industry experience ranging from personal training to lecturing. With a psychology degree and qualifications in kettlebells, suspension training, boxing and many more, Claire has the tools and knowledge to help you develop and build the strength to help you achieve your fitness goals.
